 Objective 

The objective of teacher data updation is to ensure accurate, complete, and relevant teacher information in the database. It also aims to collect missing details from different managements, welfare departments, and societies, as some information is not fully available. While certain data under the department’s control is accessible, the required data for various purposes is not yet available in its complete form.

 Purpose 

The available data shall be auto-populated with a request to verify and update wherever necessary. The data not available with the department will also be collected. Upon completion, the updated data will be used for transfers, promotions, and preparing service seniority lists.

 Single App Migration 

The department is working on merging all applications into a single platform to make all modules easily accessible. This will remove the need for multiple credentials or apps, offering a simpler and more efficient system with single sign-on.

 Timelines 

The module for teacher data updation will be available from 23.12.2024, 5 PM to 31.12.2024, 5 PM. Sufficient time will be given to all teachers to verify and update their data. A data verification mechanism will also be provided to the appointing authority to review and approve the updates for accuracy.

 Objections 

After verification, the data will be published for objections. Any objections received will be verified with relevant documents, and valid corrections will be made accordingly.

1. Online లో TIS Module ను కొత్తగా Insert చేయడం జరిగింది. 
2. ఇదివరకు Student info సైట్ లో ఉన్న పాత TIS డేటా ఈ కొత్త TIS Module లోకి రాదు. 
3. కాబట్టి అందరు ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరలా TIS DATA అయిన Basic Details, Educational Details, Appointment Details, Transfer Details, Professional Details ఆన్లైన్  లో కొత్త Module లో కంపల్సరీ గా అన్ని వివరాలు అప్డేట్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 
4. ఈ కొత్త TIS MODULE లో చాలా మార్పులు వచ్చాయి, ఈ కొత్త డేటా ప్రకారమే Transfers, Promotions జరుగుతాయి.
5. అందరు ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఈ TIS Data Edit/Update చేసుకోవాలి.
6. టీచర్ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ సిస్టం( TIS) వెబ్సైట్ స్టూడెంట్  ఇన్ఫో వెబ్సైట్ నుండి  సి ఎస్ ఈ  వెబ్సైట్ కు మార్చబడింది. 
7. ఇకపై ఉపాధ్యాయుల అన్ని వివరాలను   సిఎస్సి వెబ్సైట్లోనే అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఈ క్రింది లింకు ద్వారా వెబ్సైట్లో లాగిన్ కావచ్చు. 
8. కొత్త TIS మాడ్యూల్‌లో వివరాలను అప్డేట్ చేయడం గురించి. కొత్తగా TIS (Teacher Information System) Module ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో ప్రవేశపెట్టడం జరిగింది. 
9. ఇదివరకు Student Info సైట్‌లో ఉండే పాత TIS డేటా ఈ కొత్త మాడ్యూల్‌లోకి అమలుకాకపోవడం వల్ల, అందరూ ఉపాధ్యాయులు తమ TIS డేటా విషయంగా అన్ని వివరాలు తిరిగి అప్‌డేట్ చేయడం తప్పనిసరి.
10. కావున ప్రతి ఒక్కరు పూర్తి మరియు సరిగ్గా ఈ కొత్త TIS Module లో వివరాలను జనవరి 15, 2024 లోపు పూర్తి చేయాలని కోరుతున్నాము.
